Your Generosity = Infinite Opportunity

At the DTRC, it is your support that extends a helping hand to Canada’s professional dancers when they need it most, and it is ultimately that gift which inspires them to perpetuate the same generosity. Take Dr. Walter Wittich, for example—a former dancer, member, alum, and donor whose annual giving to the DTRC recently surpassed 10 consecutive years. As Walter knows, at an age when many professionals enter their most prolific years, a dancer’s career often ends. When this happened to Walter, it was your support of the DTRC that helped him start over.

The capacity of dancers to excel as leaders and mentors once they leave the stage has never wavered, but this potential can only manifest itself when training, support, and guidance are within reach. Because of your conviction and generosity, the DTRC has been able to provide all of this and more to professional dancers across the country for nearly 30 years, bridging the gap so that Canada’s exceptional artists can transfer their tenacity, creativity, and passion to a second successful career.

As a New Year approaches, will you Step Forward and help Canada’s dancers build new lives full of new possibilities?
